Weight loss and uncovering your blocks take time. When working with me in the hybrid session format, I ask for a 2-month commitment.
This is for the woman who is serious about taking responsibility and really ready to make changes to her lifestyle.

4 Hybrid Coaching + Training Sessions per month.
30 minutes coaching + 30 minutes personal training each week.
How Does It Work?
Once, the Consult is scheduled, purchase the Hybrid Package by submitting your payment here.
Schedule a consult.
After you submit your payment, you’ll receive your welcome packet and client agreement from me within 1 business day.
Once your agreement has been signed, you’ll be given access to your client prep work.
The breakdown will be:
1. 30 minutes - Health + Life Coaching session
2. 30 minute - Personal Training session
When your prep work is complete, you’ll be given a link to schedule your session with me. Then, we’ll have our session!
